Gift card terms

A Smashin’ Bakes gift card can be spent on any bake from our website, for pickup or free delivery, in one go or over several orders.
It is valid for 12 months from the day it was bought. After that it can’t be used.
Gift cards can’t be exchanged for cash or refunded, and no change is given. Whatever is left on the card stays on it.
If an order paid for with a gift card is cancelled before it is made, the money goes back onto the card.
Anyone who has the code can spend it, so please keep it safe, like cash. We can’t replace a card that has been spent.
If you lose a code, get in touch with the details of the purchase and we’ll do our best to help.
Gift cards can’t be used to buy more gift cards.
We use your details only to send the gift card and receipt. See our privacy policy.
